Miss Sonia Rolland in movie to showcase Rwanda’s progress since 1994
Former Miss France Sonia Rolland has revealed she is working on a documentary film project that will portray the image of Rwanda since the horrendous killings of the 1994 Genocide against the Tutsi.
The beauty queen’s upcoming documentary film will be entitled “Rwanda, du Chaos au Miracles” which can be loosely translated as Rwanda from Chaos to Miracles.
Rolland has been involved in different projects in Rwanda, including Maisha Africa, a foundation that caters for Genocide orphans.
The thirty-three-year old is in the country where she has been talking to people from all corners of the country including high ranking officials such as the minister for foreign affairs Mrs. Louise Mushikiwabo.
The film will mainly focus on Rwanda’s tremendous progress since 1994 and how the country has catered for the basic and fundamental needs of the Rwandan people.
