Rwanda : Fashion week show to unite icon designers from diverse countries
A fashion week starting on the 5th/December/2012, will see different fashion icons from different countries exhibit their designs.
The three day event will be attended by designers from Denmark, South Africa, France, Ethiopia, and Burkina Faso.
“We will select which fashion houses in Kigali qualify to participate,” said John Bunyeshuri, Chief Executive officer of the Kigali Fashion week.
“The aim of the fashion week is to get money that is going to be used to construct a first fashion school ever in Rwanda,” said Bunyeshuri.
Meanwhile, Rwanda fashion designers are optimistic about the fashion week.
